Delete your account

You can delete your Melyara account and its associated data. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

Your email, your name and your profile picture.
Your registered notification devices and your notification preferences.
The blocks you created and your open sessions.
Your identity in analytics: events can no longer be attributed to anyone.

What is kept, and why

Pauses you shared with another person. The conversation is theirs too, so we do not destroy it: your name is removed from it.
Purchase records, because accounting and tax law require it.
Content reports and blocks other people created. Those protect them, they are not your data.
Proof that you gave consent for the AI processing, as a legal record that it was requested and granted before it was used.
